Bizarre experience. We walked in and watched the serving person stare at the ice cream freezer for a a couple of minutes then she went to another one. We left and went to Cold Stone.

I was blown away by the work ethic of the employees - I saw 20 customers get service in under 5 minutes and no was ever idle. If they werent helping customers they were cleaning, all while wearing a smile on their face. Also the ice cream is delicious.

Delicious ice creams, they are not very creamy, but they are good. I wish they had more variety of flavors, especially something tropical. But it's okay

Ice cream is delicious & employee is friendly... but twice I've come in, there is one person working in front - one in back - 5 people waiting. And the back person hasn't come to help out the other worker both times. In the middle of the day it can take 20 minutes or more. Id come more often for my work if it were quicker. I called ahead this time, too.
