        I absolutely love living here. I love my unit. The floors and finishes are beautiful. The shower and bathtub are wonderful and large. It is light and airy. It is quiet and so well kept. Everything is always clean. There are so many amenities that I believe people would actually use. One of the best things is the staff. Every person I have interacted with has been wonderful. Every question I have asked (and I have asked a lot) they have been more than happy to answer very quickly. I have had maintenance come for a couple of things as I moved in and the process of requesting maintenance requests is so easy on the app. They are quick, thorough and very friendly. I can't say enough about Cottonwood Highland. It is amazing and the price compared to comparable properties in this area is great!

        Horrible slow internet. Horrible maintenance. Horrible security. Here one month and had property stolen from storage, maintenance doesnt respond to requests. Had no hot water all weekend. Pool drained, hot tub broken. Where is maintenance??
