        Management here is exceptional. I have had minimal issues, and every time ive needed help they have been there asap! There are great amenities here, and everything is kept nice and clean & stocked. Jen is AMAZING! if you are looking for a new home, meet with her!!

        As some other people have mentioned, construction has made it difficult to live here. -- Half of the residents forced to park outside in the snow with no refund on monthly parking fee

        Residents pay $50+/month for a parking spot. And due to recent construction, they make half the people park across the street for 3 weeks, and we STILL have to pay the monthly parking fee. Ridiculous. Terribly managed apartment complex.

        Would love to give The Stack five stars because I love the staff and have enjoyed living here. Theyre very helpful and are always on top of things. The amenities are really nice and units are great, too. However, construction projects seem to never end. They have run past their initial end date of September 2023 - construction is still ongoing and were now moving into February with no end in sight. Although when you sign a lease you are required to sign an addendum acknowledging that there may be construction going on, Ive been very surprised that we are still charged full price for rent when there are constant disturbances, messes, and construction workers need to enter our units. Lots of construction noise, construction workers leave trash on property, and projects are never finished by their end date. I wouldnt recommend moving here until construction is finished, but once it is I think these apartments will be incredible.
