Highly recommend The Joint for regular adjustments and care. Have been to multiple locations and seen multiple providers in the greater Salt Lake Valley and have always been impressed with the level of care and attention to my concerns and broader health.

I cant say enough how much Dr Matt Jackson has helped my lower back recovery. I went from barely walking to almost no pain. I highly recommend the Joint and specifically the Holladay location!

I thought I had a good experience my first visit. Dr Jackson appeared welcoming and did a couple adjustments and showed me some stretches he said should make me better, and told me to follow up later. That being said, I did not feel I was getting better and I felt like some of the stretches he recommended were making my back worse. Maybe I was doing it wrong? I was reluctant to come back, since things werent working but decided on one more try. When I came in weeks later, Dr Jackson asked me how Im doing, I said very politely that Im still having some back pain and I asked if we could try something else. His demeanor changed quickly and he said he doesnt do anything differently and theres a chiropractor at a different location. He didnt charge me, and I appreciate that he was honest but It justfelt like he didnt want to be innovative and didnt want to hear that it didnt work. At my first appointment, they made me believe that it would take work and that they make personalized treatment plans for patients, as one thing might not necessarily work for everyone. Did not come to fruition and it just seems like false advertising and the chiropractor basically told me to get lost. FyI, I believe I dodged a bullet, after reading other reviews. BEWARE of the contracts that they will try to get you to sign and keep charging you.
