        I live out of state and placed an online order for delivery service on a holiday, oops! When youre forty something, work retail and have no kids, you dont pay attention to these things. The florist reached out to my niece to ask where she would like the flowers delivered. Sonot much of a surprise but at no fault to them. (Side note, I really should have been named Murphyeverything that can go wrong, will). I really appreciated the text message with photo of the arrangement prior to the delivery. Props to Jessica, it was stunning! They went above and beyond anything Ive ever experienced with a florist before, and this includes my own wedding. Im really happy I reached out to them. I think weve all experienced a sharp decline in customer service during the past few years so its refreshing and comforting to see that there are still good businesses and employees that actually care. So thank you! You are appreciated! ~ Ami M

        Called for assistance with selecting flowers for boutonnieres/corsages for an elopement ceremony. When I asked if they had any way to view available options/colors I was told, Heres what you can do. You can go into Google and type in boutonnieres. The woman I was speaking with then proceeded to walk me through how I might acccess Google via a web browser and passively/condescendingly spelled it out for me as wellunprompted. Easy enough decision just to laugh it off and go with another florist in the area. My sincerest apologies to this woman for wanting to know options available before purchasing something.

      Ami, that is so incredibly kind of you to make this post!! Us local shops feel the pressure from the out-of-state order-distributing companies like 800-flowers and Ava’s flowers more and more every year, so we’ve tried to double down on our customer experience. So thanks for noticing and posting! And normally we deliver the flowers as a surprise without calling the recipient, so I’ll look into whether the driver may have gotten lost or why they needed to reach out to coordinate delivery. It probably wasn’t intentionally condescending on her part, but obviously should have been handled better. All shops make mistakes but we always try to correct ours. Thanks in advance!
