poor business, got charged full price for a falsely advertised item. I do not recommend getting your flowers here, as Marbella Ramos would tell his customers, go to smiths they're cheaper...

Had a poor experience with this company. Ordered some flowers for Valentines off DoorDash to have them delivered because I was busy taking care of a family member in a hospital and could not also tend To delivering flowers to my loved one. As advertised when I purchased, it was three roses, however, when I got the roses delivered it was only one rose. I spoke with the floral designer Marbella Ramos On the phone and he told me he would take care of it as long as I sent him a picture. I did send him a picture, however, he would not refund me, even though he admits to the mistake but rather blames it on DoorDash? Im very confused with todays business, I paid $46 for 1 rose. I shouldve saved myself the energy and just went to Smiths. Also, right after I talked to this gentleman, I tried to explain the matter, and they took it down from DoorDash so I cant even prove it to him or even explain how its falsely advertised. They covered their tracks pretty quick

I love Lilies & Berries LLC. They do an amazing job every time . I have been a customer since 2016 when they first opened . I love seeing everything they create. Thank you so much Lilies & Berries LLC for all you do !
