        All the apartments are infected with cockroaches, the water and drainage pipes get in, I don't cook, I have a clean house and no matter what, the cockroaches always appear, there are other apartments and they reach the Mine, I asked the neighbors and they all tell me the same thing that they have that problem.

        They don't open on time. I've been waiting for more than 30m for them to open. The page says at 9am and here it says at 11am, it's 11.30 and still no one arrives, so unpunctual.

        The worst you can't talk to the agent over the phone its always thru text messages if they answer and if you want to do a claim they never answer
