POLANCO'S SERVICE 365 LLC Emission & Safety Inspection tires,mecanic, & Towing Service

If I could give zero I would. These guys yanked us around for 3 hrs saying they could help us. My wife and I and our 2 year old have been stuck waiting on these guys. Its 2 am and my daughter is sleeping in the back of the car while these lying jerks claim they have unexpected delays and cancelled on us without any forwarding. Dont worry I did my part I called them every time they were late and each time the assured me they were 20 min out and then out of know where they cancel. Worst service I think Ive ever experienced in my life.

Fidel was an absolute angel. He was quick to arrive, helped me figure out what the cause of my car overheating was, and when the drop off address turned out to not even exist he drove me, my mom, and my sister home instead which was 14 miles away. He was knowledgeable, careful, and professional. When I say this man made a horrible night better, I mean it. 10/10

Do NOT go here. My best friend got stuck in the snow, called to get help for getting his car out, was told he'd have to wait an hour and a half, and after he waited nearly two hours he called back. They told him that his order had been canceled and sent off elsewhere, because they wouldn't make the money off of his situation. Only because he did not request a tow, but a winch apparently. Some helpful samaritan had to help him themselves with shovels. Go somewhere else if you're strapped for cash especially. If you've got enough money for them to *consider* going out there to help, then be my guest.

They canceled the winch I needed to get me unstuck because they weren't going to get paid the full amount unless I requested a TOW, would not recommend such service to anyone.

I just had a horrible blowout on 215. USAA roadside told me it would take 90 minutes to get someone there. Polanco was there 40 min later, on a Sunday. He really saved my bacon! Highly recommend this towing service. Thank you!!
