I paid ut Roofing $30,000 it took them 9 month and there is still corner that's not finished I got tired of calling them to fix it every time the said they would have a man come out and fix it its still not fixed.they are the worced company I've ever delt with

Our office building roof began to leak late on a Friday afternoon and the weather forecast called for rain for the next week. Utah Roofing and Exteriors was able to have a crew onsite to deal with our immediate problem within a couple of hours. There were several small issues that needed attention, but they got the leaking stopped on Friday and returned on Monday morning to complete the needed repairs. Fast and professional service!

EDIT: The owner came to do it himself after challenges to find workers to do the job. THANK YOU! We paid a deposit weeks ago and the company just doesn't show up when they told you that they are. They constantly made up excuses, completely unreliable. Do not recommend

Utah Roofing and Exterior did my roof and gutters...everything turned out just beautiful! They were honest, hard-working, and I would use them again if I had another roof.

This company was a customer service nightmare for the entire process. I was scheduled a few times with delays due to weather. No one ever bothered to communicate cancellations. I'd have to call and ask if they were coming just to hear I'd been cancelled again. Once they started installing, they did it during heavy rains causing water to start pouring into my kitchen through a light fixture. I paid to have all decking replaced and had to catch them trying to replace just a few panels and get them to correct it. They didn't bother telling me I needed to remove the swamp cooler vent and ended up pushing it through the ceiling onto my floor creating a huge hole in the ceiling I had to pay someone else to fix. There are also holes in my flooring after the vent crashed into the floor with no warning. They consistently failed to show up when they said they would and calls went unreturned. One time, they did show up while I was waiting for them, parked in the parking lot across the street and then just drove away. I did finally insist on talking to the owner at the end of the install. He apologized profusely but it it bothers me that the reason I chose this company was the good reviews. I think people need to know what this company was really like. In the end, I have a new roof but the process was horrible and I think I could have gotten a less expensive roof with less hassle from a different company.
