We ordered interior French doors with side panels back in September of 2017. It's now January 2018 and they are still not installed. The installer came towards the end of November to install the doors but he found that the doors were too big so they had to be reordered. According to the our tracking numbers, the doors have been delivered to the store. I called about it but got no answers to why no one has called us. They said they will call us back 5 days ago. Still nothing. It has been nothing but a nightmare working with HD. Never again!
Update 1/20/18
The installer has since canceled our scheduled install date 3 times since the original post. One was due to sickness. We can't really blame him for that. Last week he canceled because he was scheduled for 3:00 pm on a Saturday but wanted to have longer time time to work on it. He couldn't come earlier because he was scheduled on another install. Why schedule it than? Today his excuse is snow. He has an open trailer. Use a tarp! He would have to cut pieces during install. Use our wonderful garage! We live in Utah people! Snow happens ever year. This storm has been talked about for a while. Prepare!!! Let's see what his excuse is next week.

Terrible..customer service reps were clueless. Extremely knowledgeable and. unwilling to. even help try tu help us(seniors) load heavy purchases. The kitchen design lady was the onlyone who seemed to even be aware we were there. Will NEVER go there again.

Terrible experience just trying to get a consult done for a kitchen cabinet job. They sub-contract with a local co. and nobody came for my scheduled appointment and nobody took any responsibility or tried to fix it until TWO DAYS after the missed appointment.

I ordered the Whirlpool side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator for our new house. The delivery duo let it slide down the stairs. My son, back from Basic Training in the Army, caught it! It damaged the wall and dented the stairs but luckily no one was injured. After all that, the "dynamic delivery duo" botched the install and the ice and water don't work. After more than three weeks of calling customer care and writing emails we've yet to get help. I'm writing this review in the hope I can get some kind of help and response. I thought Home Depot was a proud sponsor of the Military, but so far we're not feeling the support.

I do alot of large scale projects for my home and business, and aside from liam, their entire "pro" project team has got to be some of the rudest people ive ever dealt with. I was just told "we cant design your project for you" by one of the many incompetent people they have running this feature, when all i asked was for price quotes on materials for a given sq footage for flooring and wall paneling.
When i spoke to a manager about this due to me doing a rather expensive build out for my stores expansion this year, i got " a sorry, we are working on it" and not much else done.
Will not keep wasting my time with this place and will just drive to lowes in orem. At least they act like they give a damn
