1/2 Absolutely amazing. People were very welcoming and friendly and helped us out since it was our first time ordering there. Food was food. I also tested myself by getting their octopus and squid and both were good. Edit: ate a second time and had a totally different experience. Server was rude and could be heard across the room laughing about us and how much we ordered. Couple sushi rolls and sashimi. I could eat it easily. I love sushi and I'm a bit of a bigger person but still. He made comments to us and, again, laughing with other staff members about how much we ordered. Felt incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. Asked for a manager for the first time ever. Been a while since this happened and I refuse to go back.

A couple years ago, I heard someone say, "Wild Ginger doesn't have the best sushi, but it's worth it because it's all you can eat." I have to say I disagree. Their sushi and service is so not good, that it's not worth eating here. My husband and I ate here for the first time today, and we were sorely disappointed. It was $55 for a 2-person buffet (two people, only one soft drink) not including a tip. They don't ask if it's your first time or bother explaining their process to you (like, we didn't know where to go to pay). The sushi is bland. The crunchy rolls were mushy. Even the soda wasn't as good as it should be. Other reviews say that the buffet comes with soup -- we were never offered any? Their menu wasn't always clear, and I'm pretty sure they served us the wrong roll. It's not worth eating here. There are other better places to buy sushi in Utah Valley.

Very poor service. Slow. Unfriendly. Didn't ask if it's all you can eat or not, didn't offer soup (supposed to come with it)

The sweet and sour chicken (via Doordash) gave me some of the worst poisoning I have ever had in my life. Frustrating because the chicken was battered so thickly that I didnt catch on that it was undercooked untilyou knowI saw it again. I dont recommend, unless you want to miss work in a very painful way
