        Im usually a huge fan of Waffle Love, but we had a terrible experience there today. It was a little busy for lunch and there were only two people working. Onea girlwas working hard, the other guy was literally talking on his phone and texting the whole time and not really helping at all. It took over an hour to get our takeaway order. We could tell the girl was exasperated by the other employees lack of effort. It was frustrating for everyone in the store. Terrible way to let employees run a business.

        Maybe theyre just having an off day. The woman working was hauling to get food out. The man working was talking on his phone the whole time. But we waited 45 minutes for our order. And the food was just meh.

        I recently wanted to pay better attention to my health and we reached out about their caloric count and nutrition information. This information for customers is REQUIRED for any business over $500,000 in sales and over 100 employees. Waffle Love support denied the request stating they "simply don't have the information." This is unacceptable to anyone looking to know what is in their food. This was a huge bummer as I really do enjoy their food but don't want to risk my health by consuming unknown caloric amounts and unknown chemicals.
