Editing my 2 star review to 3 - Jordan , the new property manager, is a bit more responsive than previous manager. I do wish there was still more communication with residents about their plans to fix a couple of items such as the garage door that has not worked for at least 75% of my time here ( been living here for almost 2 years now). My car is parked in the parking garage and I have not had any issues with it (I also dont leave valuables in the car ever). Apartments are decent priced for the area they are at and they are pretty nice. So far all my neighbors next to me and above me have been pretty great.

You honestly cant beat the price for the location and views! It has everything I need including W/D, dishwasher and a nice walk in closet. Its very clean when moved in and everyone at the front office, including maintenance have been nothing but wonderful! It is also a gated community with cameras everywhere in case anyones feeling iffy.
