    First time I was assigned to this contractor by my home insurance they went to the wrong address. Second time I was assigned to them they didnt contact me at all, no text, phone call, radio silence and I waited a week. Service: Dishwasher repair

    Got his "service" as part of the "Home Warranty Service". If you are thinking to call him, please , don't! He was "assigned" to us about May 17th. He decided to call and talk about May the 20th. after numerous calls to the "Home Warranty Service", he finally decided to show up today. Forgot to include the best! He never came to inspect the machine, but according with his "assessment" it was the board problem. He changed the ORIGINAL board of my BOSCH and probably left me with a knockout piece, even when we informed him several times that the board was NOT the problem. The "gentleman" left, check in pocket, because he doesn't accept credit cards, and the Dishwasher doesn't work. If you are assigned this person, please, ask for another person and look for the reviews. Someone was upset enough waiting for someone like him, for a month, so he didn't do his job, and still took the money without doing the job.

    The guy showed up and looked at the range and washer, but didn't do anything. He asked for $70, when the email specifically said $45. He was mad when I paid him $45 but said he would come back. He never came back. He responded only twice to my multiple emails and said he had ordered the parts and that he would call the warranty company and have them send someone else. He didn't. I had a pretty good idea that he was going to cheat me, but I paid him anyway, because that's what the contract said. The people in the house who heard the whole thing said "I wouldn't have paid him because he isn't going to come back". I knew that, but I don't cheat people out of money. Funny thing is, I always give a pretty nice tip when the job is done, and even told him I would make sure he wasn't taken advantage of.

    I got this repair company service via the home warranty company. I had a washer vibration issue and the job was assigned to Appliance Control service. Seems this is a single person company. 1. Scheduling Appointment Scheduling an appointment was a pain. You cannot schedule appointment for next week. He says he can give his availability only for next day. So all the best scheduling appointment. 2. Diagnosis of issues I tried to explain him what the issues are and told him I can reproduce the issue if he has time and patience. But, he rather had a quick look at the back of the washer ordered some parts as if this is a very common issue. I still felt he could have diagnosed more and to see if any other underlying issue there or not. 3. Fixing the issue When parts arrived he repaired the washer and replaced the parts and just left saying all good. When I asked him to wait for me to test, he said he has other appointments and have to leave and he left. 4. After services While testing the washer I found the problem is not resolved at all and got more elevated as the washer was vibrating like anything and hitting the walls. I immediately called my warranty company and my warranty company asked me to call the contractor (Appliance Control service) again. After I called him again, he refused to fix it. I called my warranty company and then they sent the work order to another contractor. 5. Overall experience Unprofessional, inexperienced, hard to work with, lack of customer service ethics and values. Worst service I have ever seen in the Salk Lake Valley. I would never ever recommend Application Control Service to anyone.
