My apartment building migrated to Onboard and the experience has been absolutely horrible: 1. The migration process is a big mess with contradictory information 2. The setup process was horrible too, when I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with their "dedicated agents" with several transfers only to be told there are some errors on my account they cannot resolve 3. Customer service is terrible too. They are very polite and patient, but do not resolve any of my issues at all and just repeat like a format of response 4. No freedom to choose what kind of service/package you might want I've renewed my lease multiple times but I'm seriously considering moving just because of this terrible terrible experience

I call onboard to cancel my service. The service guy, Kent is so nice and patient to help me out. I appreciate his help.
