        Date: 11-SEP-2021 Vehicle: Chrysler Voyager Mileage: 41,788 Feedback: Vehicle did not have routine maintenance, since it was giving OIL CHNGE REQUIRED message periodically. Rear Passenger side tire got a flat on I-75 in Utha. Vehicle exchange was set-up with the help of Customer Service at Enterprise in Moab, UT. The exchange vehicle was Dodge Caravan with 55,340 miles, kind of high mileage for rental car company charging top dollars. In the process, I lost almost half a day. CONCLUSION: ALAMO needs to improve considerably for the vehicle offered, and its maintenance, to be competitive.

        I am very angry they have damaged my trip. book 3 weeks in advance. when they arrive they tell me that they only accept credit cards. they do not accept debit. For what reason did they endorse me with time?

        If you have hip or leg problems, the car was to low to the ground and I couldn't get inor out of the car with out help. Very uncomfortable
