Payless Car Rental

I canceled it. Went to the airport Payless(Avis) and was told the credit card must match the drivers license. Now, I called ahead of time and told them that my boss was paying for it. I specifically asked them if the card and driver license didn't match if it was allowed. They assured me it was. I arrived and was turned down due to this issue. I called Payless and asked them to intervene. They declined and said it was up to them. I was stranded. So, I canceled the reservation. Lady at the counter was completely unhelpful and uncaring.

Absolutely terrible rental service. They charged my card 4 times for a total of about $1300. They also charged me for 12 car seats!! Zero stars!!

PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Like all the other reviews they make dishonest charges. We got the car, almost empty, so we figured we would return the car in the same state. We do have a picture to prove that to them. Then they also charged us cleaning because there was a small amount of sand in the car. In the very fine, print it says the car has to be in good condition for the next customer so in other wards they dont clean the cars you are supposed to otherwise you will get charged $450! Not $50 not $100- $450 for a little sand that could have been vacuumed in 5 minutes. That is so horrible and dishonest! It looks like the majority of people have had terrible experiences with this company. If everyone would just rent from other people, hopefully this company would either change their customer service or maybe go out of business if they dont like working with people to make good experiences.
