AT&T Store

I realized late yesterday, that my IPhone 12 (2 years old), was not charging. Frustrated, and very upset (76, extremely hard of hearing, even with hearing aids), I made it to AT&T, with the battery down to 8%, and met Jaime. Although it was busy, and I was near tears, fearful that there was nothing to be done without coming up with mega $$ (which I do not have), Jaime listened (not always my experience with customer service representatives), and gave my problem his full attention. In a much shorter time than I had anticipated, Jaime realized the problem, had me smiling and feeling much better, and set me on the road home, with an affordable and reliable upgrade. Ethan was so awesome. I went in to upgrade my phone and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He was really honest about which iPhone models were best for me and what were different about each one, so I could get the one I wanted for the best price. Seriously so great and I couldnt recommend him enough!! This is the best AT&T experience Ive ever had, and Ive been with them for almost 15 years. Easiest phone buying experience Ive ever had!

You know a store is in a bad neighborhood when you can't even pick up the phone to see how it fits your hand. Who's going to buy a phone the've never held in their hand? No assistance or options were offered.
