Cotton On Body City Creek

Both girls working were on their phones when we walked into the store and didnt help us with anything. The girl who checked us out was super rude and snapped at my sweet mom multiple times for no reason. We left very disappointed.

Had a very bad experience here with the employees. Im not usually one to leave bad reviews but they wouldnt let me return my items because I used Afterpay even though the website specifically says you can return items in store if you used Afterpay. I showed them the website thinking they just made an honest mistake but continued to treat me very poorly and told me no one would take my return. It has tags and receipt and all, paid in full. I said store credit would be fine too but they refused. I went over to Cotton On across the way to return it, and I was next in line, and the employee that was helping me before ran over and whispered in the cashiers ear while staring at me. When I get up to the register, before I could speak, she turned me away and said she couldnt help. It was overall the most bizarre experience of my life. I really hope this doesnt happen to anyone else because I felt very bullied :( I dont want to shop in store every again.
