Joseph came to take measurements on 3/11. It's now 3/22. I asked for an update on the quote yesterday and got no response via text. This was where we were communicating initially. Today I called several times and no answer. The voicemail is full. This isn't professional. I had every intention to move forward with this.

I guess after a job is done we dont matter. I was very pleased with Joseph, had him come back a second time too. Been trying all week to have him repair a screen he installed. First call, I will look at my schedule. I placed several calls later, all week, wont answer, wont call back. How long does it take to text a msg. Sorry, too busy? Now I am having to find a screen repair place having wasted 5 days waiting!
Very disappointed! Wont call again!

Hello Barbara, I want to make clear that you weren't ignored. You called me when I said "I'll take a look at my schedule". I was on my way out of town when you called and told you it wasn't a good time. I didn't expect to lose service where I was going. I apologize for that. It has nothing to do with you wanting me to service a screen I did 2 years ago. I would've gladly taken a look to see what the issue was.
