THE absolute WORST service I have ever experienced! The manager was the rudest biggest piece of trash person Ive ever had the burden of laying my eyes on! So rude, wouldnt let me check in even after I paid for it online. After we left I called back to ask questions about how to get a refund and she responded with you dont know who the hell youre talking to, Im not giving you a refund! Along with many cuss words! And the best part of it all is she hung the phone up and didnt care to help at all. The place is crawling with homeless people, not to mention soon as you step in the lobby theres a bloody bandage on the floor along with 4 cockroaches. 1 hour of my life I cant get back, and yes I say an hour thats how long it took to attempt to check in!!! Ive had a better time writing the review. Anyways AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! (If I could give this place zero stars I would)

Upon arrival walk into room & greeted with a cockroach , TV not being able program(four times going up to office for assistance), not enough towels & washcloths. Make sure the person that rents the room goes back in Person with the receipt for the $100.00 CASH that they require. The only thing this place has going for it is Location to the Salt Palace Convention. The construction there & all over Salt Lake is a nightmare just like any city. Just beware of this place
