        I called the front desk and told them we were checking out because we had cockroaches in our room and he replied with " was it just a couple or was it a lot?" Disgusted beyond belief.

        Terrible service, no explanation of the building or amenities upon arrival. The clerk didn't even bother to stand up to talk, just sat in his chair at the desk, which is a standing height desk. On departure the front desk refused to print a receipt. The room was dirty, walks had splatter marks, the bath tub was dirty. The sheets on the beds were stained.
