        Honestly, this hotel probably is some of the best customer service Ive had at the hotel. Even though there is a turnover rate. Staff members always remember who I am because I stay here quite often enough. I have mainly spoke to Kayla & Riley (since staying here 2+ years) and those are some of the BEST employees this hotel has; Along with your shuttle drivers, I mainly run into the Samoa guys but I know theres a couple others (Im horrible with names Im sorry ) but EVERY SINGLE TIME theyve been consistent and ON-TIME and I truthfully appreciate that being a Hilton member and staying here consistently. I refuse to stay at other nearby hotels because the staff treats me and recognizes me THAT WELL/GOOD, you just cant beat the hospitality!

        When the Staff's Friends are Just Hanging Out I've been in worse hotels in the area and, sadly, the trend at Hampton Inn in various states is an aging brand whose hotels are getting long in the teeth. I was at an event in Orem and would've stayed down there but I had an early flight and hate driving in Utah to the airport so I always book something around there the night before I leave. The rooms weren't horrible but they're old and it shows. The location is the best feature. The staff at the front desk was clearly going through the motions. Their cellphone and friends were more important than the customer. I should've known better because when I walked in and saw the friends hanging out in the lobby talking to the front desk clerk I realized I had stayed here before at least a year prior and it was the EXACT. SAME. THING. I get it. It's late at night. You're bored. You're friends are bored. But, it's a bad look and not one I'll come back to see again.

        I stay at many at many Hampton Inns. I will be making this Hampton Inn one of my regulars. Rooms: Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. No issues. Noteworthy details: Easy location off the freeway. Very few restaurants in the area. You will have to drive a few miles to get to restaurants or fast food.
