Xfinity Store by Comcast Branded Partner

I would give this store 0 thousand times for being racist. I was there yesterday, the 7th. I greeted someone in English and asked if there was anyone who spoke Spanish. There was a short brunette girl and an American. She was probably Mexican, but when she heard she looked up, she smiled and the American answered. A little later after the difficulty she gets up and tries to finish my procedure when she starts speaking to me in Spanish her partner was not very sure what she could offer so I respectfully asked her not to address me when she had said that she did not speak my language It seems incredible that hundreds of Latinos still arrive with the intention of growing up here and that they treat us this way is unacceptable

My wife cancel the service by phone. Then I drive to the store and give them the equipment when I get there that lady says that my wife need to be there with me cuz see need her ID pictures. I told them that see is busy at home but she can send me picture of her ID. They dont accept it. Now I have to take all my stuff back and see what day my wife can drive there to give them the equipment. Some people don't hace the time for this

Why don't you give coax cables with the equipment? I received 2-in-1 modem/router and a tv box - none doesn't have a coax cable, even though user manual says it's included in the bundle. Cheap! The employee who was supposed to take care of me tried to fool me adding services I never requested like Xfinity voice and something else. I said I just want the cheapest plan plus equipment with autopay (autopay gives $10 per month discount), all together was supposed to be around $35 according to the website, he made my plan cost like almost $65. And only when I grabbed my phone with the intention to show him the price online, he changed the plan quickly right away. Eventually he didn't turn on autopay, and now I'm still seeing the higher bill (have to call Xfinity directly to solve the issue) What a fool! Train your staff better, please!
