AvidBit

My company switched to AvidBit for our phones in September 2023 after dealing with our previous phone company for months. We expressed our concerns from our previous provider to AvidBit and they truly listened. Since moving to AvidBit we have been so much happier with customer service, network services, and response times, and so much more. With any issues that arise, their technical support team is superb! They jump on fixing the issue immediately, and usually have it resolved so quickly. Their functionality, reporting and entire system is phenomenal with such a great interface that is extremely user friendly, anyone can use it. If you are looking to change your phone provider, AvidBit is the way to go! Thank you to everyone we have worked with and your excellent service!

Amazing Support and Awesome to work with! They Helped us Transition from Verizon OneTalk to their platform. (Able to use our existing Yealink phones) Their system has tons more features and works a lot better. They are continually improving the system. We had a feature that we requested and they had it added really quickly. They were able to setup a PA system for us that we can access from the phones. We have (Door/Gate) Access control that will connect in with their system too.

AvidBit contacted me about phone services for my business and I am so happy they did. Unfortunately we live in a world where most of the calls I get from people trying to sell me products or services are either scams or things that are not as good of a deal as the salesperson wants you to think. Not so with AvidBit! It's hard to believe but they our phone system now works better than before, has a ton of very useful features, and is SAVING us over a $1,000 a month! We used to use Verizon for our primary phone system but used another company to host our toll free line. Both of which were overly expensive and full of superfluous fees and charges. With AvidBit, the whole phone system is hosted through one provider (AvidBit) which is much simpler and easier. Also, the bills are clear, as promised, and completely free of any weird extra charges. As a business manager I especially like that I can view call logs through the online portal. This gives me insight into who employees phone activity, our busiest times for calls, and a ton of other things. Jim is the main person I've dealt with, him and his whole team have been very helpful and got things set up and switched over for us quickly an seamlessly.
