        I had surgery back in 2022. I thought the results were good. But I ended up with several complications and other issues. They don't care. They haven't helped me with anything since my surgery. They'll tell me they'll work with the other staff members - they don't. They'll tell me they'll have staff contact me to schedule me for a followup - they don't. They'll tell me they'll have me scheduled for a revision surgery - they don't (and then the OR calendar is booked out for the entire year).

        They rescheduled my appointment 3 months away when it had been scheduled for 6 months because my doctor canceled Fridays in clinics. The next time they could get me in? A year from my original appointment date. Still 2 stars because they're very friendly and I haven't actually been in there for surgery, but I'm extremely frustrated with my wait time being extended an entire year.
