Sundance Catalog The Outlet Store

I love shopping at the Sundance Outlet store in Sugarhouse and have been a long time customer. However, I have had two encounters in the last month with a certain sales woman (older, middle aged with blondish hair) who works at the jewelry counter. Her attitude is not customer oriented and she acts as if she is being bothered when she finally gets around to assisting someone. This was not only with me but also an observation of her conduct with others as well, while standing in line to be helped. A simple smile, and an Ill be right with you, would go a long way. She is rude and ungracious. And Ive witnessed her being especially rude to people of color. Shameful. Not a good look, Sundance. Ive not seen any other employee act in this manner in all the times Ive visited the store.

I walked into the Sundance store at the Mosiac District and not one salesperson spoke to me! Won't go back. Haven't shopped Sundance in a long time. The clothing isn't what it used to be.

I have shopped at the Sundance Outlet store in Salt Lake City for many years. I love the variety of products available and the rotation of season items...clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, and sale items are my favorites...the staff are always helpful and courteous...Only one drawback, Access to the store is very difficult and parking is limited.

Such beautiful and quality merchandise. The store employees are so friendly and helpful. David was outstanding in assisting me in ordering my size online and also making a call to make sure the sales promo was applied to the online order. Stellar shopping experience!
