Eden was such a HUGE help. My makeup artist for my wedding day cancelled on me 3 days before. I have no makeup experience so my best friend sent me in with a shopping list of things to buy. Eden helped me find everything on the list, find my shade in each product, and experimented with lip color until I found the one. She was so patient and funny, I never felt like a burden for not understanding products or how to apply something. I had so much fun trying so many different products, in the store lighting and running over to the big windows to see it in natural light. Eden and her manager tag teamed me in between helping other customers and I cannot thank them enough for helping me find everything I needed to look my absolute BEST on my wedding day. After the stress of having my makeup artist cancel, speeding to the closest Ulta after work, and having the DREAM TEAM help me shop, I could not have asked for a better duo to help calm me down and get me everything I needed and more. THANK YOU FOREVER.

I'm so happy that I decided to go to this Ulta. I had traveled here from Phoenix, AZ for a business trip and just needed to restock on a product I was low on but the sales associate completely blew my mind. She first showed me the product I was looking for but respectfully educated me that I was using it wrong and that it was not the best product for me. For the next 45 minutes she walked me around the store showing me products that would be most effective. She even took the time to breakdown the science of the product and demonstrate it on my own skin. Walking in I thought I was only going to buy the one product but I walked out with way more stuff and my skin is already looking 100% better. I'm so sad that I didn't remember her name, but to the blonde associate that took the time to educate me, thank you so much!!
