Building Dynamics was phenomenal to work with! I work with home transactions a lot and see a lot of transactions with builders and customers who often have very negative experiences with builders overcharging or just not completing what they said they would on time. I am happy I did not experience any of those things with Building Dynamics. Mike and Harold were great to work with. Their communication was excellent throughout the process and they delivered great quality on each one of the items completed. There were a few times when the work that was completed needed to be fixed, and their contractors were always very quick to come back and fix their mistake. We also just moved in and had some items that needed to be fixed as well. Other times we have moved in to other homes we have built, and the builder will tell us they will fix what we asked but never do. Building Dynamics has been quick to answer our calls and get their contractors back out to fix the problems we identified even after we moved in. It's been great working with them and will refer anyone I know who is thinking of building to them.

Weve worked with Mike twice now and both times have been great. They get the job done quickly and any minor issues we have during the building process, he fixes. Service: Home addition construction

David has been a blast to work with. Cordial, personable, flexible, responsive, and high standards for himself and his builds which makes him an amazing person to work with when buying a home.
