        Incompetent claim assessors. I am both a lawyer and a healthcare provider. I had a Covid positive patient I admitted to the hospital for Covid, then I myself got Covid two days later. The assessor, who said she spoke with an attorney before denying my claim, concluded it was more likely that I got Covid not from the Covid positive patient I was within arms length for hours, but from "the community" without providing any supporting basis. Lol. The only way to conclude this is to totally disregard the facts and circumstances of my claim, or to act in bad faith.

        Get business insurance through anyone else. If they don't get you on the front end, they will always get you on the back end. Overcharge and underwhelming.
