I rarely leave a bad review, usually if theres a problem I always talk to a manager. Unfortunately, theres no getting a hold of anyone, if you call no one will answer. If you like to pay for food that you dont receive, then this is the place for you! The last time I got food from here, my order was completely wrong, my husband ordered a new item to try and got something completely different. We were missing other items as well. I sent a message to the company since no one would answer the phone. I got a response via email that someone would contact me from the store, never happened. After a few months I decided to give them another try. I ordered deluxe chili cheese fries, I got a box with fries and chili, no cheese or sour cream. My quesadilla was missing, but it was on the receipt. I order a chicken taco, they gave me a value ground beef taco. My order was $30 and wasnt worth it. My advice would be to sit at the window and check all of your food before leaving, this place is a joke.

The Biscoff Milkshake is HELLA NOM but they never have it anymore. Best shakes of all fast food. Lol!

The wait time is unbelievable. However, the food is good. The restaurant is clean. The restrooms are also clean. The drive-through is very hard to turn as youre going through it however its conveniently located at the corner of a light/intersection! Kid-friendliness: There is no playground however, inside the lobby, they have booth as well as tables and barstools for any type of big family to be able to dine in at.
