        Gallo Loco was the third Mexican spot I had here in Salt Lake, and being from Los Angeles, having tacos in TJ every other week, this spot stands CLEAR over the rest, it has that classic Mexican ambience and Alberto was a phenomenal host. He greeted me with energy and uplifting vibes. I came in a little down, and left feeling GOOD. The food was fantastic and the CHIPS & SALSA, which is a BIG judging point, were perfect. If youre looking for a good time with some great food, come to Gallo Loco. #VIVAMEXICOCABRONES

        Very enthusiastic operator, food presentation is a focus, but way too expensive for the portions and quality. Restaurant staple chips and salsa were small portions. Bench was falling apart, 4 person table was created using lopsided single tables. Everything wobbled, and the other booth was no better.

        The food is so good here. The service is great and they have a drivethrough if you don't want to get out of your car. The chicken is the best in town. So much flavor, juicy and good portion size for your money. My daughter loves the Mexican sodas.
