Lots of staff just standing around although we couldnt place an online order for immediate takeout. Rude and unaccommodating cashier and manager when a substitution for sauce was requested. Valid coupons were not honored either. The system then prompts us to leave a generous tip at the end. How about I leave this review as your tip instead?!
