Our water heater broke early Saturday morning. Steve answered immediately and was at our place within the hour. He gave us a good price on a new one and installed it immediately thereafter. The work was very professional, and done to code. He saved our day. We will for sure call him next time we have a plumbing issue.

I finally threw in the towel. While a self-installed $10 part from Lowe's is better than a $100 bill from a plumber, there comes a point where one realizes that a $100 plumber's bill is preferable to thousands in water damage and in-the-wall plumbing damage. I crossed that point with a stubborn valve that wouldn't let go. I went down the list on a Saturday around noon and kept getting "after hours surcharges" or "available on or after Monday". The welcome exception was Wasatch Plumbing and Heating. Steve said he could be out in two hours, gave me a fair estimate, got the job done quickly and professionally.
