        I forget the man's name but his customer service has mad me only wanna get my shoes and my family's shoes at journeys! He was super nice extremely knowledgeable not pushy I can tell he is a good man and a man that takes pride in his work!!!!

        SCAM ALERT - went to the register to buy a $45 backpack, they asked me for an email address/phone number - I told them we don't give out that information and then he rang me up - total was $53 and change. Took 2 steps to leave while looking at the receipt - turns out they charged me $50 instead of $45. I brought it back to the counter, associate agrees with me, brings in the manager, he says - oh, they changed the price last month and didn't send us new stickers. So, I said - sounds like a scam, give me my money back. He says - store policy, we can't, unless we have your email address/phone number. In the end - had to give him an email/phone anyways to get my money back - SCAM!
