        This is my go to spot for a real spa experience. Nothing beats it. All there staff are great, the location on the outside seems dull but inside is fantastic

        I do not recommend coming here for a pedicure or manicures. I had gel on already, and it took her over 30 minutes to remove it because they file it all off with a flimsy file. They try to soak it with some sort of solution to loosen the gel But she absolutely wrecked my toenails by doing this. Im not sure why they dont just use a drill, but its just not a professional experience and if anything, they ruin your nails more with their technique. I also wanted to get gel back on, but it looks terrible and very sloppy. She didnt ask what shape I wanted her anything she just kind of went to town, and all of my toenails are oddly shaped now. I regret coming here because the pedicure I had on before it looked better than this. Go elsewhere, seriously.

        I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist told me they were booked out for the week. This is totally fine, but what I found upsetting and really rude was, the receptionist didn't offer to look for another time. Completely rude!
