My sonic blast is a huge cup of vanilla ice cream with a few bits of candy sprinkled on top. What's going on? Is your machine broken? Why couldn't you put the full amount of candy in the very bottom at the very least and I could stir it myself?

I paid for a cookie dough in my shake and I did not get a single piece of cookie dough. The receipt even says I was charged for it.

I don't eat at Sonic often anymore because I only ever have horrible experiences. I decided to give this location a try because I really wanted onion rings and was super impressed! I believe Trevin was the one who helped us. He took our order quickly and had our food out very fast. Our chicken strips were missing and instead of being rude or annoyed like so many people are when they forget your food, he was apologetic and kind and got them out right away. It was all delicious! We will be back.

I tried to order there, but when I ordered they said please pull forward, with no specification as to where to pull two. There is no pickup window there is no pay window there is no sign saying where to stop and wait as far as I could tell it's as if they have a drive-thru speaker with no place to pull up and grab and pay for the food. Overall confusing and annoying location, I'd suggest going to a different store if you're wanting to go through the drive-through.
