Pay your employees more so they don't have bad customer service

I rented a Dodge 2500 Truck from this location. I was helped by Kathy the day I picked up and also the day I returned. She is an Outstanding employee!! Just want to let her manager know how Awesome she is, and she deserves a raise! It's so hard to find good employees these days and you should be appreciative when you have one like Kathy! Thanks again, Kathy!!!

I would give this place negative stars if possible. I went to pick up my scheduled rental car at noon and the place was empty. The lights were on but doors locked with a note taped to the window that said be back in 15-20 mins. I spent almost an hour on the phone with customer service before I could actually speak with someone who could understand the situation. The employee did not return to the location. I was told they would send me to another location to get the vehicle but said I would have to pay more since I was being transferred to another location. That didn't go over well. They finally said they would take one days rental off the price. The new location refused to adjust the price even though I gave them the case number assigned by customer service. Now it has been elevated and I am waiting for them to adjust the total. I would never recommend Budget to anyone. It was a horrible experience.
