Community Health Centers - South End

It's been 3 wks I have not heard from a caseworker even though I was told I be getting a call back to my questions. Left voicemail, no reply. Would be nice to get something back or acknowledge that they're looking into my questions. If you're busy, say so. I guess patients are not important. Very disappointed again

This place extracted a tooth. That I had. Here it is 4 weeks later we're still a route left in my mouth. In excruciating pain. This is insane don't bring anyone there. Unless u wanna pay for half a job at full price. Don't even bother with a grievance it doesn't get anywhere.

The dental situation is a disgrace. My spouse needed a crown. The first visit to get a temporary solution was $ 400. There was a charge for an office visit on top of the actual work done. The scheduler then told my spouse that the full payment for the crown had to be made before they would even make the appointment for the work to be done. I have never before been charged in advance to make an appointment for any kind of medical it dental care. This seems unethical to me.
