Food quality and employee vibes are immaculate. But they get one larger order and it seems their kitchen falls apart for the whole day. Got told 10-12 minutes, ended up waiting half an hour. Nobody else came in to place new orders between now and then. Eventually someone asked if I was waiting for something and they realized they had placed it in their warmer and completely forgotten about me standing there waiting for the order the whole time. The only person in the business. Order in person, doordash is a joke if you wanted your time wasted. KKD should turn off their doordash services and offer drivers of their own.

A shell of what used to be an amazing little sandwich shop.
COVID really destroyed this place but from what I've heard, the nasty abusive owner is the main problem. They can't keep staff, and the ones there are clearly overworked. They used to be open 21hrs every day, now you're lucky if you can grab lunch.
