I am incredibly grateful to Nancy Warren for helping me find a home to call my own. As someone who had rented all my life up until now, I knew next to nothing about the home-buying process, and Nancy proved to be the very best person to guide me through it. I was also looking in a difficult market: homes were selling within a couple of days of listing, and it was difficult for me to be competitive with people who were able to offer cash. Yet Nancy stuck with me for a year and a half, and finally found me a place by canvassing neighborhoods and telling homeowners she had a buyer if they were interested in selling. Finally, she found an owner who was willing to consider an offer without putting their place on the market, and she helped us negotiate terms that were advantageous to both of us. I never imagined a realtor would work so hard and creatively to be sure I found a home. And that's not all, because Nancy promised me she wouldn't just "disappear" after the closing, and she has been true to her word: she has helped me find handypersons to make pressing repairs, and she has even met them at my condo to let them in and oversee their work when I couldn't be present. Though I have never worked with a realtor before, I'm quite sure it would be impossible to find anyone better than Nancy. I recommend her to anyone who wants to work with a realtor who will make sure they find a home no matter how tough the market, and who will continue to be a support and resource even after the sale is done. I would. choose Nancy Warren again with full confidence! She helped me work through several Issues while trying to sell and got me to the closing table. I would highly recommend selling your house with Nancy Warren!
