        I rented a 46' lift for the day. A couple hours into the day, the lift broke down and was down for approximately three hours until a tech came out and told the contractors that there was a loose wire. I called MR and told them this, and his response was that the contractors "must have done something." Because of the lift being down, the contractors had to do much of the work on ladders instead. With delivery costs, the lift rental cost me $696.95 for the day, of which the contractors were only able to use it for about three hours. The owner/mgr of MR said he "couldn't really" give me a partial refund and that "unfortunately these things happen sometimes." He gave me a $30 refund. Not pleased at all and I do not recommend them for rental services.

      Not sure what experience you have had with our company but I would like to hear what happened so we can address it. I don't see any transactions with your name in our system and it looks like most of your reviews are from many other parts of the world. Just curious what may have happened

      Matt, when we found out that your lift was down we sent a tech out as soon as one was available and had you back up an running in a couple hours and when we talked on the phone I had just explained that with any equipment this type of stuff can happen and we would be more than happy to allow you some extra time if needed but you said that you were finished with your job and no longer needed it, but you would like a credit on the rental. I had expressed that we would normally just allow extra time if needed but we had agreed on 10% of the rental but the amount of money back was less than that because we had to fuel the machine up when we got it back here.
