This was the worst experience Ive ever had. Woken up at 7am on a Sunday to loud construction and loud music while construction was going on - entire back half of the hotel was under construction. Also my room door dead bolt was broken - completely unsafe.. anyone could walk in my room. The front desk folks denied any construction was going on.
Rooms: Room was disgusting dirty door did not lock
Safety: Very dangerous. Hotel room door did not lock!!!
Noteworthy details: Completely unsafe. Stayed in a construction zone

The guest rooms are filthy. I asked for a non-smoking room and the walls inside the bathroom looked like they had cigarette stains/mold. The room had a weird odor to it whenever I entered the room. I felt uncomfortable being in the room. They really need to clean the entirety of the rooms thoroughly.
Rooms: Bathrooms were not cleaned. Looked like mold on the walls and cigarette stains everywhere, even tho my room was non-smoking

BED BUGS ALERT!!!
This is the filthies, most poorly maintaned place I've stayed at - and this is from someone who is coming from a third world country!
Room had bed bugs (woke up with bites), there were ants on the floor and mice in the cafeteria... Furniture looked like it was found in a dumpster. Everything that could be broken was broken. Rooms and hallways were filthy. Breakfast was just bagels and bread and waffles - toaster was broken and coffee maker / juice machine didn't work.
There was so much housekeeping could do and yet every day they would do the only things we didn't want them to - tuck in our bedspread and change our barely used towels.
Prices were reasonable compared to other options around, but even that felt overpriced for what you get.
