From a customer service standpoint, Kathie Hysell has been consistently wonderful as a point of contact for our local office: she is warm, personable, thoughtful, reliable and efficient. In addition, Jeffrey Lindemann showed exceptional professionalism when handling our total vehicle loss earlier this year. We've appreciated the fairness and value we've experienced with Allstate over time. This recently led to us deciding to expand our coverage to include umbrella insurance.
