This rating is being written for specifically for the service manager and the mechanics in service. I brought my 4720 we where happy with their thorough and willing to go the extra mile. Solving without throwing money at it with experience and knowledge and the consideration of my expense I can not sing their praises enough. The service team did incredible work. Our relationship with this store started with its quaint location on Woodstock Ave in Rutland back when Hendy Bros owned the dealership with a compact utility tractor which we still use to this day which is nearly 16 years old. We've experienced the transition to Mountain View Equipment and can say that the service went down a notch from what it used to be, the biggest improvement was the move to the middle road. We can say that under the United Ag & Turf ownership that the service has met if not exceeded that of the Hendy Bros era. Not to mention how they offer a stress-free environment. Our farm had a need to add a utility tractor and we cannot be more thrilled with the responsiveness of this dealership under the new management. No matter what you have or purchase, the UAT team in Rutland is ready and willing to help if needed. From Kyle the manager of the service team who is responsive even after hours. To Jessica & Rob at the parts desk who clearly have experience with machinery and their various components. Whether it's a tractor or a trimmer. They quickly drill down to the part that you're looking for, even when Deere's parts system isn't behaving the greatest. Lastly, but certainly not least is the effort that Bill Martel puts into making sure that every customer is provided with excellent service. Simply cannot ask for better.

Yesterday I went to this place to look at and BUY a smaller home utility tractor and to my surprise there was no one there that seemed interested in helping me out at all, I was told there was supposed to be someone in a corner desk that would help us so we waited and no one came around, it certainly was not busy I only saw 1 person at the service desk getting parts.Too bad for your sales, I immediately went to Town Line Equipment got sales help immediately and proceeded to BUY a $26,000 tractor with cash And I actually only live less than a mile away from United Ag & Turf.

I asked United Ag & turf to help with a vexing issue on my JD tractor. It seemed an interlock was cutting off the engine on an intermittent basis. The guys from Rutland 's Ag and Turf kindly picked up the tractor, replaced the seat safety switch, and brought it back in a few days. The problem seemed to recur soon after the repair. Kyle, in the service department, suggested I bring the new switch in, to check it out. It had worked well initially. Unfortunately, the switch was fine! Kyle very kindly insisted on picking the tractor up, and bringing it back to Rutland. The service group rode the machine around, and had several episodes of the engine turning off. With diligent sleuthing a loose connection was found in a module under the seat. This was replaced. I was delighted with their efforts. I wanted to pay for the module, but Kyle and his team was sure their initial effort didn't address my problem. They paid for the transport AND the module. This was WAY above average service. I shall forever be grateful for their sustained support. I highly recommend the United Ag and Turf group in Rutland! P. Areson, Weston VT
