I have been a patient for four years. I was very hesitant when making my first appointment as I had not been to a dentist for years. There was no judgement nor lecturing. Explanations are always understandable. Am always greeted by my first name as soon as walking into the office. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Will never go to another dentist.

I had the most wonderful experience at Fiddlehead Dental! The front desk staff is warm and inviting, and my hygienist, Allie, was professional and thorough during my cleaning. Dr. Chuck is a class act and is always ready to make you laugh on cue. I highly recommend Fiddlehead and their dental care to anyone who is searching for a provider.

DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL PRACTICE! I had work started by them and told them what payment plan I could stick to. I could do 300$ per month. They wanted $350. I have a fixed income and even the $300 was hard to maintain but I could. I was not ambiguous and could not agree to more. So I was told to make the payments. I did make the payments for 3 months and they accepted the payments without returning them. Then they set the appointment for me and the robot confirmed it and everything. Went in for the appointment that I had with them for months and took off work to do it. They told me when I arrived that they would not do the work because I only paid 300 a month and not 350 when I told them before I could not do that. So they still want the money and think that is acceptable. I do not. They accepted the payments. They made the appointment and then when I got there just told me NOPE. DO NOT TRUST THIS DENTAL BUSINESS.
