To: CBP Trusted Traveler Ombudsman:
I have emailed and also sent a ceritfied letter to USCBP on January 22, 2015 in regards to an alleged 1979 CBP violation. The email was sent prior to that date. I have no recollection or record of any violation I have been disapproved for my membership in Nexus due to this supposed violation. I would like to get this straightened out as my wife and I are planning on going to Whistler BC for our annual ski trip the first week of March.
She has been approved and it does not do us much good to have her approved and then I am not. Not to mention that we have paid $100.00 for the application fees.
As of today I have not received any information back from the CBP Trusted Traveler Ombudsman. Can you help me out? It would be very much appreciated.
