I swapped from a large bank to this credit union to keep the money local and support the local economy. Initially it was fantastic, but over the last couple of years the customer service has been absolutely horrible, call backs take forever, no one knows anything, basic questions are met with idk, and they keep your money tied up with their issues.

I always feel appreciated no matter in person or Drive up services. And feel reassured when getting assistance with the call center. Everyone is very friendly & professional. The staff at North Avenue branch are always ready and willing to go the extra mile. Thanks to a great team.

Illegally accessed my account multiple times, transferred money from it without permission. (It was an $850 stimulus check, mind you). Spent 6 months fighting with me about where the money went. Made me go through several departments of the state tracing it, and sent me into emotional and financial ruin. Compensated me (after fighting, blaming another bank, and having to be reached out toagain) with a $25 gift card. 0/10 would not recommend You're welcome to reach out to me, as long as it's someone above your "member advocate II". It's not like I haven't been in contact with members of this bank for months (now 7 months) the situation. I closed my account of nearly 9 years over this situation, and how I was lied to and treated. Edit: over a week later and no one has reached out to me. In fact I reached out to them. Not that I actually expected a reply. This whole institution is mismanaged, apathetic, and struggles to even do the basics. You have to contact them twice minimum to even get a debit card sent out.
