Henry and his team did a wonderful job on our mortgage. We were buying a second home hundreds of miles away, and they were constantly in contact regarding every step of the process. Everyone was very friendly and they answered my many questions in a quick and timely manner. After some issues with another mortgage company, Henry jumped in and worked tirelessly to ensure we were satisfied and settled on time. I appreciate all their hard work and we are very happy! Our agent did a good job of communicating the details and the rates were very reasonable, but the entire process end to end was rather cumbersome. It seemed like the communication was off once the process was in motion and having to speak/email/call multiple people was rather difficult. They certainly offer some of the best rates if you have good credit, but know you will need to keep track of everything in the loan process to be sure it on time. My other minor point is that the Homebridge portal for loans leaves a lot to be desired, though this is a more broad criticism.

Justin, Megan and the rest of the team at Homebridge are a real pleasure to work with. They're attentive and patient and do their utmost to make the home buying experience as fluid and easy to understand as possible. I especially appreciated how they broke down legalese and the mountains of paperwork into digestible chunks, highlighting what you had to accomplish and outlining what they'll be working on along with you.
