        Spoke to Anna Carillo customer service rep.. she was sounding aggravated during the call..made me feel uncomfortable. She did help with a decent quote though. I recommend having her brush up on customer service skills so us customers feel secure with this company. I also asked for management to call me so we can move fwd. Let's see if the message was relayed.

        Poor service. High insurance quotes. The company referral service frequently experiences issues and has not paid out any bonuses due in months. I will never refer this service or recommend it to any clients or dealerships.
